NYMA

The New York Malayali Association (NYMA) was inaugurated in 2018 by a group of like-minded first- and second-generation Indian Americans from Kerala to promote the development and growth of our diaspora in the New York metro region. Since its inception, our association has grown to over 200 members that come from diverse faiths and backgrounds, including civil servants, professionals and business leaders. In our short history, we have demonstrated a strong commitment to uplifting our community with works of charity and advocacy. We have also partnered with political leadership at the local, state and international levels to promote the needs of New York’s Keralites from all ages and backgrounds. In the future, we aspire to find greater opportunities for the betterment of the entire community in our region.
